Meet the Team

Lon Anthony,
Pastor
Pastor Lon Anthony has been the pastor of Oak Dale Church since 2018. He is a combat veteran, having served in the United States Marine Corps from 1984 to 1994. Lon and K-9 Wally retired from the Fairfax County Police Department in January 2020 where Lon last served as a Narcotics K-9 Handler Supervisor. Lon has been involved in ministry in the Northern Virginia area since 2003. He and his wife, Peggy, served as leaders in children’s and youth ministry, taught Sunday school and assisted in church planting. They have been on missions trips to Kenya, Uganda and Guatemala. Lon continues his studies in Theology at Liberty University. He seeks to teach sound doctrine, inspire and convict Godly living, and encourage people to follow the Lord Jesus Christ more fully.

Paige returns to Oak Dale, her home church, from Nashville, Tennessee where she studied music team leading, band direction and worship service production with a professional worship team. During this 14 year tenure, she was also a regular lead and background vocalist. Her personal specialties of songwriting, arranging and harmony are evident in Paige's song selection as Worship Leader. Believing music plays a vital role in opening people's hearts, she is dedicated to providing a fresh, dynamic worship experience each Sunday. An ordained minister, Paige continues her mission of awakening people to proactive soul-centered living with Rewrite Your Story, a process she developed during a life coaching career spanning two decades. Her hobbies include kayaking, dancing, fitness, interior design, writing and spending time with her bestie, Vera, a six pound Yorkie mix.

She became the Treasurer in 2012 and in 2021 she became a Trustee after her father left a vacant position upon his passing in December of 2020. She still enjoys her full-time job, after 32 years, at HPE while juggling yoga, fitness classes, dancing and cooking (she is a big foodie) along with taking care of her fur babies, Bandit, Thor, Loki, Sheba, Peaches, Lucky & Little Bear in her spare time.
